Sokos Hotels – Our mission is to make people happy Hotel receptionists for Break Sokos Hotel Koli and Break Sokos Hotel Koli Kylä We are looking for two cheerful, customer-service-oriented hotel receptionists for fixed-term employment at the Koli hotels (Break Sokos Hotel Koli and Break Sokos Hotel Koli Kylä). You will join a team where every day is different and where we work together to create memorable experiences for our guests. The employment is fixed-term until 8 August 2027, and we offer 60 hours of work per three weeks. You may have the opportunity to get additional hours by working across other departments at both hotels. The employment begins on 26 October 2026 or, by agreement, as soon as possible. Break Sokos Hotel Koli is located on the top of the Koli hills amid breathtaking scenery. Break Sokos Hotel Koli Kylä, in turn, is at the warm heart of Koli village. Together, our hotels have 209 rooms, Koli Relax Spa, several restaurants and a wide range of leisure services. What does the work involve? As a receptionist, you are often the first and last person a guest meets. At the reception desk, you ensure smooth customer service and a welcoming guest experience from beginning to end. Your work includes welcoming guests and checking them out, handling room reservations, and advising guests about local services and activities. Your duties also include selling tickets to Koli Relax Spa, providing cashier services in the café and restaurant, and handling and handing out Koli Safaris rental equipment. The work includes shifts at all times of day and on every day of the week. What do we expect from you? We require fluent Finnish and English, an alcohol-serving passport and a hygiene passport, a driving licence, an active and positive attitude, and competence in a digitalising work environment. Previous experience in reception work and familiarity with the Opera Cloud system are considered an advantage. We are looking for a hospitality professional who puts customer service at the heart of their work and will work at the reception desks of our hotels. You are an efficient and energetic professional who enjoys serving customers. You work enthusiastically and positively, can also perform under pressure, and are not unsettled by changing situations.
