Salesperson

A customer for our client is seeking a salesperson / customer service representative for a tire shop in Tampere. The position starts in September by agreement. You will work in a diverse set of sales and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, selling tires and tire services, identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions, processing orders and appointments, taking care of daily store tasks, and cooperating with technicians and other staff. We expect a customer-oriented and positive attitude, energetic and efficient work style, initiative and ability to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills, sales mindset and willingness to find fitting solutions for customers, ability to work efficiently under pressure, prior sales experience is a plus, knowledge of the tire industry is a plus. We are looking for a person who takes initiative, enjoys being with customers and can work effectively even in busier situations. The most important thing is a good attitude, service-mindedness and a desire to do the job well.
