Team Lead for the elderly at Attendo Sammalkallio in Espoo – We are here for you! Our goal is a home where every resident can live a life true to themselves and be met as an individual. Come realize this goal with us! As a Team Lead, you are the bedrock of the Attendo home and the trusted partner of the home manager. Your professionalism is trusted and your insights are valued. Together with another team lead, you assist the home manager in organizing daily work and quality resident care, and provide professional support to the staff. The work consists of 50% nursing care and 50% various administrative tasks. What do your duties include? - Participating in daily nursing care. - Developing resident-oriented nursing care in our home. - Creating a safe and good working atmosphere where every employee takes 100% responsibility for their actions and where listening, praising, thanking, and encouraging are practiced. - Ensuring good orientation and skill development for new employees. - Planning, leading, and recording team meetings regularly and handling deviations with the team. - Supporting the quality coordinator, ASKO coach, RAI responsible, and medication responsible as needed. The position is full-time and permanent; the start date can be agreed upon. What do we require from you? - Registered Nurse degree - Vaccination protection as per Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout the employment - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting - Valid Love medication permits - Criminal record extract - Social and health care professional card (certificate card) What do we offer you? - We walk beside you: Your supervisor is not far away but present in everyday life, supporting you.
