M Room in Pori is now looking for a Partner Barber contract entrepreneur to join our team! Would you like to enjoy the freedom of entrepreneurship while working as part of a well-known barber chain and a relaxed, professional team? Here you can focus on what you do best: barbering and serving customers. What will you do as a barber? At M Room, you will work on a wide variety of haircuts, from classic cuts to modern styles, as well as beard shaping and hair colouring. Some have also added perms to their services! What matters most to us is quality workmanship, excellent customer service and a good atmosphere. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Work can and should be fun! A competitive earnings model and ready-made conditions for entrepreneurship As a Partner Barber, you can influence your earnings through a clear and encouraging earnings model: - 50% of all service sales you make - 20% of the M Room retail products you sell - 4% of M Room memberships you sell in the shop All compensation is calculated from sales prices excluding VAT (VAT 0%), and VAT is added to the amounts. The earnings model includes the facilities and supplies needed for barber work. You will have access to: - A recognised brand and an existing customer flow: you can benefit from M Room's marketing and existing customer base. - A ready-to-use barber shop, including premises, barber chairs, wash stations, electricity, water and other basic shop services. - Equipment and systems, including payment terminals, a till system, customer queues and other necessary systems. - Professional products and supplies, including hair colour, washing and styling products, towels, capes and other everyday supplies. - Work tools, including clippers, hair dryers and other necessary equipment. Personal tools can also be made available if needed, although we recommend acquiring your own. - Cleaning and laundry equipment: machines, detergents and supplies are provided. The shop's cleanliness and laundry are taken care of together. You do not need to establish your own barber shop or make large initial investments. You get ready-made conditions for entrepreneurship and can focus on barbering and growing your own earnings. Could you be our new team member?
