Woodworking CNC machinist for a customer company in Alavus We are looking for a motivated person to work with CNC machining in the woodworking industry for our customer company in Alavus. We are looking for a CNC machinist for our customer’s woodworking production. You will work with CNC machining and manufacture parts for various products made from wood and wood-based materials. The work is hands-on, and precision, care and a good eye for the quality of the finished work are important. What does the work involve? Your duties include operating the CNC machine, preparing workpieces for machining and monitoring production. You will perform precise work and ensure that the result meets the requirements set for it. The work may include machine setup, selecting and fine-tuning programs, securing workpieces and checking the quality of finished pieces. The role also includes taking care of the machine’s daily operating condition and keeping the work environment tidy. We require previous experience in woodworking CNC machining or suitable training. We also require fluent Finnish, a minimum age of 18 and readiness to work alternating weeks on the morning shift and evening shift.
