Job Description You will be responsible for the early stages of projects through active customer and plot acquisition. Your task is to find investing companies in the market, offer them plots, and develop premises that meet their needs together with the customer. The role is strongly sales-oriented and people-centric, so success requires an active, creative, and solution-oriented approach. You will work independently by networking, but you will receive strong support from the regional office's calculation and production experts to refine projects and ensure profitability. Responsibilities The role focuses on the early-stage development of commercial construction, including active customer acquisition, plot mapping, and ensuring the economic viability of projects. Your tasks include: - Actively searching for new project ideas and potential plots - Contacting landowners and corporate customers to find solutions - Preparing preliminary profitability calculations and project presentations - Guiding the reference design of zoning projects and discussions with authorities - Negotiating preliminary agreements as well as real estate and company sales - Maintaining and developing stakeholder networks in the Turku economic area - Collaborating with internal calculation, sales, and production teams Requirements - University degree (e.g., construction engineer, foreman, architect, or a commercial field) - Sales-oriented, active, and creative approach to work - Understanding of construction technology and cost impacts - Excellent local knowledge of Turku and the surrounding areas - Fluent Finnish language skills We value it if you have - Networks with regional operators and landowners - Previous experience in project development, sales, or project management - Good English or Swedish language skills Recruitment Process Academic Work is handling this search on behalf of its client, who requests that all questions regarding the position be directed to Academic Work.
