Restaurant Manager

Restaurant industry professional, come create experiences at Ranua Resort! Ranua Resort’s tourism complex, operated by Ranuan Seudun Matkailu Oy, is known for its unique wildlife park, high-quality accommodation, and diverse restaurant and activity services. We are now seeking a restaurant manager to take responsibility for the restaurant’s daily operations and to develop services as part of an international travel environment. With the current restaurant manager moving to new internal tasks, we are looking for a restaurant manager to oversee the operational leadership of our restaurant. In this role you will ensure smooth daily operations, shift planning, purchasing, self-monitoring, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards. You will actively monitor the restaurant’s profitability and develop operations with a focus on customer experience. You will have the opportunity to participate in developing the restaurant’s offerings and concepts in collaboration with the CEO and the rest of the team. Responsibility is important to us, and environmental considerations are visible in our daily work. You will lead your team with your supervisor, taking care of recruitment, onboarding and supporting staff. Build a good working atmosphere and lead your team by example toward shared goals. In an international environment you will work closely with customers and other staff. The position is filled directly with Ranua Seudun Matkailu Oy. What background helps you get started? Previous experience in a restaurant manager or similar supervisory role Strong restaurant industry knowledge Proven track record in restaurant financial management and profitability Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proactive and goal-oriented approach Good English skills Other language skills are an asset Why apply?
