Kassatieto Oy is a Finnish family company that has operated since 1976. The company supplies retail and office supplies, consumables for cash register systems, and packaging solutions mainly to retailers and business customers. Kassatieto is known as a reliable and flexible partner with long-term customer relationships. WireStaff Oy is recruiting for its production team, specifically for a new eight-color flexographic printing press. This is a permanent temporary employee (vuokratyösuhde) assignment. The work will start around November–December. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Responsibilities: - Independent operation of an eight-color flexographic printing press. - Start-up, run and ensure quality of the machine production. - Serve as a technical key person in the new machine environment. - In the future, guide and train other employees in operating the machine. - Production work around paper finishing machines. - Material handling with forklift types (pallet truck, reach truck, counterbalance truck). - Logistics tasks: picking, loading and receiving as needed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ We expect: - Experience with flexographic printing presses. - Ability to work at the machine independently. - Technical understanding and problem-solving skills in production processes. - Experience with forklift operation. - Initiative, accuracy and responsibility. - Good teamwork skills and willingness to support and train others. - Commitment to a long-term employment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ We offer: - A permanent employment contract. - Competitive pay according to skills (negotiated separately). - Opportunity to influence new machine operating models and development. - A diverse role combining production and logistics in a mixed environment. - A skilled and developing work community.
