Excavator Operator

We are seeking an Excavator Operator for a cable excavation site in Tampere. Responsibilities include operating excavators for trenching and backfilling, performing earthworks related to cable installations, finishing trenches, and carrying out other earthmoving tasks as required by the project. The candidate should have previous experience as an excavator operator, experience on earthmoving or cable work sites, the ability to work independently as part of a team, and a safety-focused approach with a positive attitude. A category B driving license (B-ajokortti) is required to facilitate site access. Precision and care are especially important on cable trench works, so we value an operator who can account for existing cables, pipes and other underground structures. We offer a versatile role in cable laying and earthmoving, proper tools and equipment, potential for long-term employment, and a fair and functioning work environment. Salary is 16–19 €/hour, paid twice monthly.
