We are seeking a CNC machinist for our client in Tampere’s Messukylä area. The role focuses on CNC machining in a modern, highly automated workshop environment. Machines and processes are highly automated and programs are mostly ready, but the machinist is expected to be able to perform the necessary changes, adjustments and fine-tuning smoothly. The work is on a three-shift schedule, so readiness for shift work is essential. The position offers a stable, long-term opportunity in a strong and stable industrial environment. Requirements: training in machinery and metalworking or equivalent work experience; previous CNC machining experience; ability to make program changes as well as adjust and set machines; willingness to work in three shifts; careful and precise working attitude; ability to work both independently and in a team. Salary: pay determined by your competence, between €15–€20 per hour. Employment follows the Teknologiateollisuus collective agreement.
