This vacancy is for an teaching and training administration role at Turun kaupungin. The role involves student services and administrative tasks in vocational education settings. Responsibilities include multi-channel customer service at the training school service point, advising students, handling student registers and documents, collaborating with teaching staff and other stakeholders, and performing other administrative office duties. The successful candidate will have relevant education and experience in office and customer service roles, strong organization and multitasking skills, excellent customer service and collaboration abilities with diverse client groups, and a proactive, responsible, and developmental work approach. Desirable qualifications include experience with student management systems (especially Primus) and good IT skills, knowledge of student administration systems (e.g., Wilma, Koski, eHOKS, Opintopolku, Valpas), customer service experience in an educational environment, and proficiency in Finnish and English.
