CNC machinists for industrial tasks – Katsa Oy. We are looking for a skilled CNC machinist for our client Katsa Oy to strengthen the growing production team. The company operates in demanding industry and manufactures tailored power transmission solutions for international markets. You will work in a modern machine workshop that emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous development. To succeed in the role you need: experience in CNC machining; proactive and solution‑oriented approach; a willingness to learn and develop your skills; ability to work in a team and with multiple machines; willingness to work night shifts. Your tasks include: small‑batch machining on CNC grinders and lathes; setting up machines and programs and developing them; continuously improving the quality and efficiency of your own work; measurements and quality assurance using a range of measuring instruments.
