
As Junior HR Generalist, you will provide day-to-day HR operational and administrative support across a broad range of activities. You will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating employee lifecycle processes and ensuring HR documentation is managed accurately and confidentially. You will also assist with onboarding, internal transfers and offboarding, and help implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and projects. You will be a first point of contact for HR administrative queries and manage benefits administration (Job Bike, gym memberships). On-site in Wiesbaden three days per week is required in a hybrid pattern. Essential requirements include a completed commercial apprenticeship or HR qualification and a degree in HR/Business Administration, minimum 2 years HR experience, good understanding of HR administration and employment law, strong MS Office/Excel, German and English fluency, and the ability to produce accurate reports. Responsibilities
- Support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to departure
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documentation
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR master data
- Manage employee benefits administration (e.g., Job Bike and gym memberships)
- Support training, learning and employee development activities
- Coordinate compliance-related employee mobility matters
- Assist with onboarding, internal transfers and offboarding
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate administration and coordination
- Assist with HR policy implementation and continuous improvement
- Serve as first point of contact for HR queries
- Track and support compliance related to working time and attendance
- Produce HR reports, data analysis and management information
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or HR qualification
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' HR experience
- Good understanding of HR administration and employment law
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience using HR systems is advantageous
- Business fluent German and English
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and HR documentation
- On-site in Wiesbaden three days per week
