Software Developer

JTA Connection is seeking a Software Developer to develop the Nexus MES solution for the manufacturing industry. In this role you will work at the core of production digitalisation and help build a system that connects production processes, automation and data. You will participate in the development and further development of the Nexus MES system as part of a skilled team. Your responsibilities include full-stack development with C++ and JavaScript, UI development with Vue.js, using relational and time-series databases, building integrations for production systems, and designing technical solutions with the rest of the development team and customers. The role combines software development with an understanding of how production and production automation operate in practice. We value strong C++ and JavaScript skills, experience with Vue.js or similar frontend technology, experience with relational and time-series databases, and knowledge or good understanding of manufacturing environments and production automation. ERP knowledge is a plus, as is prior MES or other manufacturing IT system experience.
