We are looking for reliable child carers to join our team for home care of sick children in the Tampere area. If you are interested in helping families in their day-to-day lives with children, this role offers near full-time hours during peak seasons. The work is primarily Monday to Friday between 7:00–18:00, within the families’ schedules. Weekend work is also possible. In sick-child home care you will look after children of our client employees while they are ill, enabling parents to go to work or work remotely with peace of mind while our babysitters take care of the children. A call-out may arrive with very short notice. We require at least one year of previous childcare experience; formal training is not mandatory. A criminal background check is required under the Act (504/2002). We value good Finnish language skills; knowledge of other languages or singing, play, or other creative skills is a big plus.
