The People Experience and Services function designs and delivers critical people experiences, services, and operating foundations that support employees and managers across the lifecycle. At the center sits People Services & Help Desk, supported by People Relations Services. We are looking for an Associate Director, Head of People Services & Help Desk to lead Agoda’s employee-facing People service delivery model across Tier 1, Tier 0, and Global People Relations Services. The role oversees the People Services & Help Desk team, Global People Relations Services, and Tier 0 / self-service foundations. You’ll own the operating model for employee support, ensure governance and data-driven improvements, and partner with HRBPs, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders. The position is Bangkok-based with relocation support; remote work is not available. What you’ll do includes leading the front door of People Services, building strong service principles, and driving continuous improvement across workflows and content. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and roughly 10+ years in HR shared services or related fields, leadership experience, and strong stakeholder management. Prior experience with HR tech platforms and data-driven decision-making is valued. This role matters for Agoda’s ability to support employees and managers at scale across a global organization.
