Previous experience in telephone sales or customer contact is considered a major advantage. In addition to an active sales attitude, we value an organised and analytical approach. You want to keep CRM system information up to date, identify and analyse potential target groups, and follow market developments with interest. In this role, you will be involved in customer meetings from the very beginning and see the full sales cycle in practice. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and support to succeed in the role, as well as the opportunity to develop over the long term as part of the company’s growth. Responsibilities - Active customer contact: cold calls, identifying new contacts and networking through different channels. - Lead handling: receiving, screening, qualifying and directing new leads to sales managers. - Target-group and market analysis: reviewing the customer base, identifying potential target groups and actively monitoring the market. - Sales data management: collecting and using data, maintaining the sales pipeline and using the CRM system effectively. - Customer work: actively participating in customer meetings and visits from the outset. - Managing sales processes: opportunity to take responsibility for your own sales processes and independently carry them through to a sale. We are looking for - A fearless and confident attitude to contacting new customers and networking. - Previous experience in telephone sales, customer acquisition or other active sales work. Experience is an advantage, but the right attitude matters most. - An organised and careful approach to work. - A genuine desire to develop and grow into a professional in the field. - Good interpersonal skills.
