Account Manager – Reseller Customers Southern and Southwestern Finland Join one of the fastest-growing brands in the professional tool industry! One of our team members is moving to a new role within the company, and we are now looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Account Manager to strengthen our reseller network in Southern and Southwestern Finland. Your role As Account Manager, your task is simple: grow MILWAUKEE® business together with our reseller partners. Key responsibilities: - Develop and strengthen relationships with existing reseller partners in Southern and Southwestern Finland. - Grow sales and market share in your customer portfolio. - Present and launch new MILWAUKEE® products and solutions. - Organise engaging product and sales training for reseller staff. - Identify new business opportunities and implement growth plans together with customers. - Plan and carry out regular customer visits and business reviews. - Organise and participate in customer events, product demonstrations and marketing activities in reseller stores. - Track sales and customer development using CRM and reporting systems. You will work from your home office, but most of your working time will be spent in the field with customers. The role involves about 20 overnight stays a year, including abroad in connection with sales meetings. You will report to the Field Sales Manager, who will also be your daily sounding board. What will make you successful in this role? You are commercially minded and enjoy building customer relationships and developing long-term partnerships. You may have experience in technical trade, construction, power tools or industrial sales, but above all we value attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn. An active approach and strong interpersonal skills are more important than extensive work experience. We are looking for someone who: - Has experience in field sales, account management or customer relationship development. - Enjoys building trust and creating long-term customer relationships. - Is motivated by ambitious goals and achieving results. - Works independently and takes responsibility for their own sales territory. - Has persuasive presentation and communication skills. - Is enthusiastic about product demonstrations and solving customer needs. - Is positive, proactive and solution-oriented. - Speaks fluent Finnish and communicates naturally in English. - Holds a valid driving licence. - Is proficient in Microsoft Office, is accustomed to using different IT systems and preferably has experience with CRM systems. Living within the sales territory is necessary to perform the role effectively. What do we offer?
