Would you like to ensure a smooth customer experience in Finland's largest driving school chain? **We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a permanent employment contract** to manage the smooth daily operations of customer service at CAP-Autokoulu Helsinki Itäkeskus together with a skilled team. In this role, you will hold an important position in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality and seamless service across all service channels. You will work in cooperation with other regional staff and be a key part of the branch's daily operations. Your workstation is located in Itäkeskus, and you will be responsible for managing customer accounts for the Itäkeskus, Herttoniemi, and Laajasalo branches. Additionally, you will serve customers at the Itäkeskus branch, handle driving lesson bookings, and ensure the smoothness of daily customer service. **Why might this role interest you?** In this position, you will work in a versatile customer service role where no two days are the same. Your work is meaningful: you help our customers through the different stages of their driver's license journey and ensure that doing business with CAP-Autokoulu is smooth from start to finish. **What will you be doing?** You will be responsible, together with the rest of the team, for the smoothness of customer service and daily customer care at the Itäkeskus, Herttoniemi, and Laajasalo branches. In practice, this includes, among other things: - serving customers at the branch, by phone, and via email - booking driving hours and courses and managing appointments - customer guidance and product sales - maintaining the working hours calendar - taking care of the daily functionality and comfort of the branch - supporting driving instructors in their daily work - cooperating with other regional staff - participating in the development of the customer service process. **What environment will you work in?** You will work at the CAP-Autokoulu Helsinki Itäkeskus branch from Monday to Friday. The work is on-site, and there is no possibility for remote work.
