Job Details

Responsibilities

Incident handling on alarms or outages
Troubleshoot network-related issues such as fiber, WiFi, SD-WAN, routing, security with multiple layer2 and 3 services
Support customers, coordinate with other departments and subcontractors via ticketing system
Handle escalations and dispatch tickets for even workload distribution
Document and produce reports (RFO/RCA) during major outages
Contribute to improving routines and processes in the Service Desk

Requirements

Relevant education in networking (higher education preferred)
1–2 years experience from Service Desk/Help Desk or similar technical support function (B2B preferred)
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing; Danish and Norwegian beneficial
