Insta Industry is seeking a Category Manager to strengthen its procurement organization across Insta Industry. The role is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid work location in Tampere. Key duties include leading category strategies and daily purchasing within automation and electrical components as well as software categories, negotiating with suppliers, supplier evaluation and audits, cost analyses, and handling daily purchasing tasks within the assigned category. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders incl. production, sales, and various business units to align supplier networks with short- and long-term goals. Short travel is expected. Qualifications include at least five years in procurement roles, preferably in industry, and a technical university degree with fluency in Finnish and English. Considered advantageous: automation or electrical background.
