Our damage restoration services cover repairs after water, fire and other damage. Our renovation construction projects range from smaller renovations to extensive repair projects in business and public premises. We operate nationwide from more than 20 offices and employ around 200 professionals. Our nationwide network supports our local service. Your role as a site supervisor You lead damage restoration and renovation construction sites from start to final reporting. You plan project schedules, resources and weekly work. You lead and support your team members in their daily work. You guide subcontractors’ work and ensure quality. You coordinate the cost-effective use of materials, equipment and other purchases. You are responsible for site safety and compliance with agreed procedures. The role also includes practical supervisory responsibilities, such as organising work, feedback discussions and handling absences. What skills will help you succeed? We are looking for a site supervisor with experience in renovation or damage restoration construction and the ability to take responsibility for leading several projects at the same time. The following are particularly helpful for success in the role: Experience in renovation construction site supervision Supervisory experience Strong organisational and prioritisation skills A customer-oriented and solution-focused approach to work Good collaboration, communication and negotiation skills Strong IT skills, for example using Office and project management systems Construction-related education suitable for the role A valid category B driving licence and readiness to travel between work sites. Familiarity with the MEPS system, cooperation with insurance companies, moisture measurements or damage assessments is considered an advantage. Why choose Redo?
