Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Product Manager for the industrial equipment product groups. The role involves managing product groups, driving business development and commercial success. You will participate in product group procurement planning and development, and work closely with sales, purchasing, suppliers, customers and the plant responsible for industrial equipment. The position is permanent and the majority of the work focuses on Southern Finland. Key responsibilities include: setting the strategy for industrial equipment, competitiveness and development; monitoring market and competitor conditions and identifying new business opportunities; supporting and guiding stakeholders with product expertise; actively participating in sales and working in close cooperation with industrial equipment sales; managing utilization, profitability and investments; collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders; maintaining and expanding supplier portfolio; ensuring products and services meet safety and regulatory requirements and developing practices that improve safety, quality and efficiency. Requirements include technical know-how and/or understanding of industrial rental equipment, machines and devices; suitable technical or commercial education; ability to understand financial indicators; strong commercial thinking and ability to manage product portfolios; good collaboration and interpersonal skills; fluent Finnish and English language skills. Experience in construction, machinery rental or similar industries is an advantage; good IT skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to travel.
