We are currently seeking a Product Manager to oversee product groups for industrial equipment, manage business development, and ensure commercial success. The role is central to planning and developing procurement for the product groups. You will participate in sales and work closely with sales, purchasing, suppliers, customers, and the workshop that handles our industrial equipment. The position is permanent and mostly focused on Southern Finland. You will be responsible for the strategy, competitiveness, and development of the industrial equipment; monitor market and competitor conditions and identify new business opportunities; support and guide stakeholders with your product know-how; actively participate in sales and collaborate with the sales function; oversee utilization rates, profitability, and investments; work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; maintain and expand the supplier portfolio; ensure products and services meet safety and regulatory requirements and develop processes that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements
- Experience in industrial rental equipment or machines
- Technical or commercial training
- Ability to understand financial metrics
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to manage product portfolios
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent Finnish and English language skills
- Willingness to travel
