About the role

What We Need The HR generalist will support the day-to-day delivery of People Operations in Saudi Arabia, manage key employee lifecycle activities, maintain accurate HR administration, and provide responsive support to employees and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong operational discipline, digital organization, confidentiality, and practical knowledge of Saudi HR processes.  What You'll Do Key Responsibilities  - Manage employee lifecycle activities, including new hire formalities, employee changes, onboarding, and offboarding. - Coordinate onboarding plans, documentation, systems access, orientation activities, and first-day readiness. - Manage offboarding and termination administration, including clearances, records, final settlement inputs, and supporting documents. - Calculate End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and final settlements accurately in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and internal approval requirements. - Administer medical insurance processes, including employee enrolment, additions, deletions, class changes, provider coordination, and issue follow-up. - Maintain employee files and HR records, ensuring confidentiality, document control, and complete supporting documentation. - Use and maintain Saudi government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, MHRSD, and other relevant systems. - Support performance review cycles, employee relations documentation, disciplinary processes, and termination administration. - Coordinate employee engagement meetings, satisfaction reviews, workshops, and meeting minutes. - Prepare clear HR reports, presentations, employee communications, and materials for HR leadership. - Coordinate office logistics, accommodations, inventory, and employee events. - Manage Outlook calendars, email coordination, meetings, Teams collaboration, and organized digital filing through OneDrive. - Support recruitment coordination. What You Have Qualifications  - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR or People Operations experience, preferably within IT consultancy or a related industry. - Saudi nationality with fluent Arabic and English proficiency in writing, comprehension, and speaking. - Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local HR administration requirements. Technical & Professional Skills  - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. - Excellent organization and document management skills, including email, calendar, meeting, and shared-file coordination. - Experience using HRIS systems; hands-on Personio experience across setup and user interface is preferred. - Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations. - Comfortable with public speaking, facilitating training sessions, and leading workshops or employee meetings. - Self-directed, proactive, accountable, and able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. - Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, prioritization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with local and international stakeholders. Required HR Operational Experience  - Employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Accurate EOSB calculations and final settlement administration. - Medical insurance administration and provider coordination. - Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and MHRSD. - Employee records, HR documentation, data confidentiality, and compliance support.
