CRM Specialist

Metropolia is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to strengthen their team and develop the CRM environment. The role combines technical expertise, business understanding, and user-centric support and development. The specialist will be responsible for user support, continuous development, and maintenance of the CRM environment in collaboration with business and technical experts. Key responsibilities include preparing and coordinating the work of the CRM development group, participating in CRM development projects with IT architects and technical experts, and improving CRM data quality. The role also involves coordinating CRM integrations (such as BusinessCentral, Eventilla, ThingLink, and Liana), managing CRM licenses, onboarding users, providing group-specific training, and maintaining user guides and instructional videos. Occasionally, the specialist may act as a project manager for integration or development projects. Requirements include strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM environments, including implementation, development, or key-user roles. Candidates should demonstrate skills in training and user support, the ability to produce training materials, and the capacity to lead and coordinate complex entities while collaborating with various stakeholders. A broad understanding of integrations, data management, and the use of AI in sales systems is required, along with a solution-oriented and business-driven approach.
