The role also involves coordinating CRM integrations (such as BusinessCentral, Eventilla, ThingLink, and Liana), managing CRM licenses, onboarding users, providing group-specific training, and maintaining user guides and instructional videos. Requirements include strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM environments, including implementation, development, or key-user roles.
