Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader for our city and mobility unit in road and regional planning. You will serve as the direct supervisor of infrastructure design professionals, and you will be responsible for your team’s operations, performance and skills development in line with Sweco’s strategic goals. You will lead your team with purpose and guide resource and budget planning, sales and bidding processes. In addition, you will build and strengthen client relationships and promote cross-team collaboration. As a supervisor, you will create the conditions for success by supporting your team in daily work, enhancing skills development, and maintaining a positive working climate. You will lead the team’s project portfolio together with project managers, monitor project portfolio status, and ensure high-quality and profitable project delivery. In addition to leadership duties, you will participate in infrastructure design projects as an expert or project manager depending on your experience and interests. Your work includes client and bid activities as well as quality assurance in versatile road, street and municipal engineering design projects. You will work closely with Sweco’s experts from various disciplines and have access to a nationwide expert network. The job description can be tailored based on your competencies and interests.
