Recruitment Consultant – Uusimaa - Staffmax Oy

We are seeking a self-driven recruitment consultant to join Staffmax Oy for the Uusimaa region. This is a flexible, commission-based partnership, not a salaried employment. The role involves building new company client relationships in Uusimaa, uncovering clients’ staffing needs, identifying suitable candidates through your own network, and expanding your network among both companies and workers. You will collaborate with our staffing and recruiting team. Key expectations include proactively reaching out to new contacts, possessing commercial thinking, enjoying business development and new client acquisition, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, sales or client acquisition is a plus but not required.
