Shift Manager

Shift Manager in Seinäjoki, Finland. The role oversees daily kitchen operations as the kitchen supervisor, supports the Venue Manager and covers shifts in the kitchen, manages reservations and orders, and trains new staff. You will receive thorough onboarding to Huuvan data and operations tools which enable precise leadership over every area. The environment is technology-focused and English will be used for communication at work. The restaurant opens in mid-November and work starts as per contract. What we expect: prior supervisory experience, fluency in Finnish and English, teamwork and strong leadership skills, good stress tolerance and eagerness to learn.
