CNC Turner

We are looking for a CNC turner for long-term, full-time work in a growing machine-shop environment in Ylöjärvi. You will work with a Fanuc-controlled CNC lathe as part of a skilled production team. You do not need to be a top professional with years of experience. What matters is that you already have experience in CNC machining or turning, technical understanding and a desire to develop in your work. What will you do? Your main task is CNC turning on a Fanuc-controlled lathe. You will work as part of the production process, where the precision and quality of your work also affect the following work stages. The work requires technical aptitude, care and an understanding of machining. The role offers a good opportunity to deepen your CNC skills through practical work. What do we expect from you? We require previous experience in CNC machining or turning. Previous familiarity with Fanuc controls gives you a good foundation for the role. The following will support your success: - Previous experience in CNC machining or turning - Familiarity with Fanuc controls - Good technical understanding and spatial awareness - A careful and responsible approach to work - Good cooperation and teamwork skills - Sufficient Finnish-language skills to understand work instructions and function in the work community Relevant education, such as studies in mechanical and production engineering or machining, is considered an advantage. Practical skills and previous work experience are nevertheless central to the role. What kind of person will succeed in this role? We are looking for someone who approaches their work responsibly and wants to develop in CNC machining. We especially value the ability to cooperate and an understanding that the quality of your own work stage affects the smooth running of the entire production process. We offer long-term work in a growing machine-shop environment. Growth in production provides a good basis for stable work and an opportunity to develop your machining skills. The job is full-time, 40 hours per week, and is performed in two shifts: - Morning shift, 6:00–14:00 - Evening shift, 14:00–22:00 Pay is approximately €15–19 per hour, depending on your skills and previous experience. The workplace is in Ylöjärvi and can also be reached by bus. Interested?
