Responsibilities: Monitor the quality of translated content across customer-facing channels; collaborate with internal teams and vendors; maintain localization assets; support urgent translation requests; conduct product reviews; lead arbitration reviews; onboard and manage translation vendors/freelancers; improve AI prompt engineering for Korean markets; support research and content experiments; participate in training initiatives; provide cultural and linguistic guidance; promote localization best practices; requirements include native-level Korean, bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field, CAT tools experience, strong English, research skills, highly organized, MS Office; travel/hospitality/e-commerce experience a plus.

Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Korean
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Korean Language, Literature, or related field
- Proven experience in translation and localization; hands-on with CAT tools such as MemoQ
- Strong proficiency in English
- Excellent internet research skills
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in travel/hospitality/e-commerce is an advantage
