Kitchen Shift Supervisor

We are recruiting a kitchen shift supervisor for our client in Ruka for the coming winter season! Interested in working amid stunning fell scenery in a lively tourist destination? We are looking for a kitchen shift supervisor for our client for a fixed-term, full-time position from November to April. There is a possibility of continuing in a permanent position after the season if the cooperation works well for both parties. As kitchen shift supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your shift and for ensuring high-quality food production. You will actively take part in the kitchen’s operational work and act as supervisor to the kitchen team, ensuring service runs smoothly even during the busiest season periods. The role focuses particularly on à la carte kitchen work, so we expect strong professional skills and experience preparing high-quality restaurant food.
