Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive day-to-day shipping operations for Time Chartered vessels
- Manage owner relationships and ensure compliance with Charter Party and related contracts
- Handle end-to-end daily operations and maintain system entries
- Optimize operational planning and performance of the vessels
- Contribute to continuous improvement of shipping operations processes
- Support commercial operations teams and align with Fleet & Performance Manager guidance
- Assist with risk management, cost control, and on-time shipments
- Prepare and ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across time zones and out-of-hours support
- Assist in development and optimization of ship operations processes and tools
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or education in a relevant area (e.g. maritime, logistics or commercial)
- Experience or knowledge of maritime logistics and tanker operations is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment and adapt to different time zones
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
