The employer is Ja-Mi Group Finland Oy (Ja-Mi Works). CNC machine operators are sought for Porin area to join a modern production team. The role is also suitable for applicants with basic training in machining who want to develop into a professional in CNC machining. The position offers a long-term opportunity to secured employment after a fixed-term period. Tasks include performing CNC machining on machining centers according to customer specifications, adjusting settings, reading technical drawings and work instructions, ensuring process quality and meeting quality criteria, and collaborating with the team in a modern production environment. Requirements include experience in CNC machining on machining centers, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, precision, initiative and responsible approach to work, readiness for 3-shift work, good teamwork and desire to develop in the job, and Finnish language proficiency (other languages are a plus).
