We are looking for a store manager for K-market Pietari in Helsinki. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with responsibility and customer service, and you enjoy seeing daily activity in the shop. The role is full-time with weekly alternating shifts between fresh and industrial product sections. In the fresh week, emphasis on produce, take away, and bakery. Work is morning-driven with alternating weekends: every other weekend in work and the other weekend off. You will oversee the daily operations of your own area: ordering, availability, merchandising, quality, and waste control. Customer service is central; as store manager you are a visible part of store life and you meet customers daily, so you should enjoy being with people and serving customers well, in a relaxed and friendly manner. We value initiative, speed, responsibility and a customer-service mindset; prior retail or similar supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with Wolt, SAP2 and SCPOS systems is a bonus.
