Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are seeking a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery for a permanent position at our Tampere Hervanta service point. The employment starts according to agreement in autumn 2026. The working time is approximately 20–40% of a full-time schedule (38.25 hours/week). In your role you will be responsible for oral and maxillofacial procedures, especially surgical extractions of wisdom teeth. We expect: a specialist degree in oral and maxillofacial surgery; experience in similar duties; good interaction and cooperation skills; Finnish or Swedish language skills and English proficiency. We will provide a competent and friendly work community and modern working conditions. We have well-equipped and modern operating theatres and skilled staff. At YTHS you can focus on patient work with motivated student clients. Our reception is open on weekdays during daytime, so evenings and weekends are generally free. Salary and terms of employment are determined by the collective agreement between YTHS and the Finnish Dental Association. The job-specific salary for a full-time erikoishammaslääkäri is 7,612–8,389 EUR per month.
