Sales Representative – Vintit Kuntoon

Everyone does not have a roof space in good condition. That is why we have plenty of work. We are now looking for new salespeople to join the Vintit Kuntoon team in Turku! There are still many roof spaces in Finnish homes where heat escapes. Vintit Kuntoon helps detached-house owners identify problems in time and find solutions that improve their home's energy efficiency, comfort and cost-effectiveness. We are looking for bold, target-oriented sales representatives for our growing team. They enjoy meeting people and want to influence their earnings through their own work. If you are not afraid of doorbells, dare to start conversations with new people and are not nervous about going into roof spaces, you may be the person we are looking for. What does the work involve? The work is active, target-driven door-to-door sales in detached-house neighbourhoods. Your days consist of meeting customers, assessing their situation and presenting Vintit Kuntoon services. Many detached-house owners do not know how much the condition and insulation of the roof space affect a home's energy consumption. Your task is to help customers identify possible areas for improvement and find a solution suited to their home. The role sometimes also includes trade fairs and other events, as well as direct marketing. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but an active attitude, willingness to learn and ability to meet new people naturally are most important. You will have the team's support from the very beginning! You will have the team's support from the start! Vintit Kuntoon has developed and refined its sales concept for more than 15 years. During that time, we have built a working model that makes sales as clear, efficient and productive as possible. When you start with us, you do not have to build your own way of working from scratch. You will join an established concept with sales processes, operating models, materials and practices already thought through. You will receive comprehensive induction and a training period during which you will learn about our services, sales model and best practices for meeting customers. You will also be surrounded by an experienced sales team and sales support, which provides coaching, advice and help whenever needed. Although the work is independent, you are never doing it alone. When is the work done? The best deals happen when customers are at home. That is why the work is mainly in the evenings and at weekends.
