Waiter

Two experienced and service-minded waiters are sought for a resort in Rovaniemi for the winter season, from November to March. The resort is located about 10 kilometers from Rovaniemi city center and public transport to the site is limited, so having your own car is required. As a waiter you will be responsible for guest comfort and delivering a high-quality service experience. Your duties include customer service, taking orders and serving, setting tables and maintaining the hall’s cleanliness, along with other daily restaurant tasks. We value initiative, flexibility and the ability to operate in a fast-paced international work environment. We offer a temporary contract for the winter season (November–March), a 90-hour/3-week schedule, negotiable pay based on skills and experience, and an international work environment with a friendly team. Requirements include previous waiter experience, good customer service and teamwork skills, fluent English (Finnish not required), and owning a car. Shifts are in two blocks: morning 7:00–15:00 and evening 14:30–22:30. You can work primarily mornings or evenings or both by agreement.
