We are seeking a civil construction worker to join a machine-operator pair for excavator work in Helsinki. The role is part of a professional team that values safety, collaboration and practical know-how. Your tasks include assisting the excavator operator on site and ensuring safe use of the machine and attachments, marking the work area and moving materials between work phases, participating in daily machine checks and maintenance, and reporting any faults. You will work closely with other site staff and follow site instructions and safety regulations. We hope you have previous experience in construction or earthworks, a proactive, responsible and cooperative attitude, basic proficiency in operating machines and a willingness to learn quickly, strong motivation and ability to work independently during busy periods; cable laying and pipe installation skills are considered a plus.
