About the role
The role combines leading HVAC design projects with hands-on involvement in system-level design for major initiatives. You will ensure schedules, quality and cost targets are met, maintain continuous dialogue with clients, designers and contractors, and take part in resourcing, reporting and general organization. You may lead design projects from start to finish and contribute to procurement and bidding as well as development of our own operations. The position is based in Tampere or Pori with hybrid work arrangements. Strong experience in HVAC design is required; the candidate should be able to support and mentor other designers, communicate across disciplines, and work proactively and analytically within a team. The salary range is 4,000–5,000 EUR per month depending on skills and potential.
