Biltema Tampere is recruiting energetic part-time salespeople for the cafe trailer. The positions will mainly work at the cafe trailer, with potential shifts in the store. We offer a stable, long-term role with a friendly team, thorough onboarding, and opportunities for progression. You will provide excellent customer service, handle till work, and contribute to product preparation and attractive display. Requirements include customer-service orientation, age requirement, willingness to work mornings, evenings and weekends, hygiene passport or willingness to obtain one (training provided), experience in retail customer service and cafe/kitchen familiarity is valued, and Finnish and/or Swedish language skills to serve customers. We follow the Kaupan collective agreement and wage depends on experience and education (11.16–14.93 €/h) with evening/weekend supplements.
