About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR systems expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Aktia's key HR systems. The position is suitable for someone who enjoys process development, system optimization, and working at the interface between business and system providers. At the same time, we work closely together, sparring and supporting each other daily. Job Description and Responsibilities You will act as the system expert of the HR team and own Aktia's key HR systems and related processes. Key roles include: - Product ownership of SuccessFactors (SF) personnel system - Product ownership of Nepton time management system - Coordination of system development and prioritization of development needs - Cooperation with system providers and internal stakeholders - Planning, testing, and implementation of system changes - Digitalization of HR processes and development of automation - Reporting related to systems, development of data quality, and analytics You will also be responsible for super-user tasks, user management, instructions, and supporting staff. You will support HR and the business in various questions related to systems, personnel data, and reporting. In your work, you will influence how Aktia's HR processes evolve in the future and how personnel and working time data are used to support decision-making. The rest of the HR team will support you in your daily work, but you will be independently responsible for the development and maintenance of your own system entities. Your duties also include: - Super-user role for HR systems and system lifecycle management - Coordination of SuccessFactors and Nepton development projects - Tasks related to integrations and data management - Producing reports and personnel data for organizational needs - Drafting and maintaining HR instructions - Organizing system training for staff and supervisors - Developing HR processes together with the HR team - Participating in other HR development projects and tasks according to your expertise and interest What we expect from you: - Several years of experience working with HR systems - Experience with SuccessFactors, Nepton, or similar HR and time management systems - Experience in a super-user or product owner role - Understanding of HR processes and personnel data management - Ability to act as a link between system providers and the business - Analytical approach and interest in utilizing data - Ability to drive development projects forward independently - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Fluent Finnish and English skills.
