Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen SAP TM Lead Consultant. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht in der fachlichen und konzeptionellen Begleitung der Implementierung von SAP Transportation Management (TM) in einer bestehenden S/4HANA-Umgebung mit bereits vorhandenem dezentralen EWM-System. Dabei liegt ein klarer Fokus auf Standardprozessen und dem Fit-to-Standard-Ansatz, um Individualentwicklungen möglichst zu vermeiden. Aufgaben: Fachliche und konzeptionelle Beratung im Rahmen der SAP TM Implementierung; Analyse und Gestaltung von TM-Prozessen mit konsequentem Fokus auf SAP-Standardprozesse; Durchführung von Fit-to-Standard-Analysen und Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungsansätze; Abstimmung und Integration mit dem bestehenden dezentralen EWM-System; Steuerung und fachliche Begleitung von Workshops mit Fachbereichen und Projektteam; Beratung der Stakeholder hinsichtlich SAP TM sowie SCM-Prozessen; Unterstützung bei Konzeption, Umsetzung, Testing und weiteren Projektphasen; Übernahme der Lead-Funktion für den Bereich SAP TM. Anforderungen: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP TM / SAP SCM TP/VS; Fundierte Beratungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Consulting-Kompetenzen; Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP TM in einer S/4HANA-Umgebung; Erfahrung mit der Integration von SAP TM und dezentralem EWM; Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Standardprozesse und Fit-to-Standard; Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Individualentwicklungen kritisch zu hinterfragen und möglichst durch SAP-Standardlösungen zu vermeiden; Sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten. Projektdetails: Start: ASAP; Laufzeit: 2+ Monate, perspektivisch bis Ende 2027; Auslastung: 4 bis 5 Tage pro Woche / ca. 95% remote; Onsite: 2-3 Workshops vor Ort; Ort: Remote / gelegentliche Workshops vor Ort; Sprache: Deutsch Telefonische Interviews mit unserem Kunden können kurzfristig vereinbart werden, mit schneller Entscheidung im Anschluss.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and conceptual advisory for the SAP TM implementation
- Analyze and design TM processes with a focus on SAP-standard processes
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard analyses and develop suitable solutions
- Coordinate with and integrate with the existing decentralized EWM system
- Lead workshops with business areas and project team
- Advise stakeholders on SAP TM and SCM processes
- Support conception, implementation, testing and other project phases
- Take over the lead function for the SAP TM area
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of SAP TM / SAP SCM TP/VS
- Proven consulting experience and strong advisory capabilities
- Experience implementing SAP TM in an S/4HANA environment
- Experience with integration of SAP TM with decentralized EWM
- Excellent knowledge of standard processes and Fit-to-Standard
- Ability to challenge custom developments and favour SAP standard solutions
- Confident demeanor and very good communication and facilitation skills
