Electrical Engineer

This role showcases your electrical engineering expertise directly in construction projects and client collaboration. You will leverage your experience in construction projects across the Tampere, Oulu, Rovaniemi, or Vaasa/Seinäjoki region, performing electrical engineering tasks at different project stages, including procurement, commissioning, design supervision, and site-based monitoring. Projects range from large, demanding programs to smaller initiatives. Your work strengthens regional presence and active client engagement, with support from WSP’s expert network, project support, and broader organization. The role enables independent work, influences project progression, and fosters client relations within your area. Success rests on established client relationships and networks. We seek a candidate who can advance client collaboration credibly in the new role. You may fit this position if you have previously worked as an electrical supervisor, electrical safety supervisor, or electrical engineering specialist in procurement, commissioning, design supervision, or site monitoring of construction projects. Your responsibilities include delivering as an electrical engineering expert across project stages, performing electrical supervision, supporting implementation during projects, participating in procurements, commissioning, and design supervision, and building close cooperation with clients, designers, contractors, and WSP experts to strengthen regional project roles.
