Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated support worker to assist adults with developmental disabilities in a 24/7 residential unit in Vantaa. The role is full-time and arranged in three shifts. You will support and care for clients in everyday situations, becoming part of a friendly team that includes a supervising nurse, other support staff, and the unit manager. The unit emphasizes a warm, compassionate environment with strong team spirit and a sense of humor. Responsibilities include promoting day-to-day activities and mobility for residents, and ensuring their well-being alongside colleagues. We provide thorough onboarding, supportive colleagues, and leadership backing. The position offers a role in a domestic, social-enterprise setting, with a competitive wage framework under the Private Social Services Sector collective agreement.
