À la Carte Waiter for the Winter Season

We are looking for skilled à la carte waiters in Rovaniemi for the winter season! As a waiter, you are an important part of the customer experience. You ensure guests enjoy themselves from beginning to end, present the food and drink menu knowledgeably, and help customers make their choices. You also help keep the restaurant clean and ensure that every visit meets the restaurant’s high service standards. The work is in shifts from Monday to Sunday, with an average of 90–112.5 hours per three weeks as agreed. Work starts by agreement between October and December 2026 and continues until the end of the spring season in 2027. What we expect from you: Ability to work in a busy environment Good teamwork and customer service skills Initiative and a motivated attitude You must be of legal age; an alcohol passport is considered an advantage Previous experience in the field What we offer: A great working environment and wonderful colleagues A varied role with diverse tasks Pay of at least €13.70–€15.04 per hour in accordance with the MARA collective agreement, taking your skills into account.
