Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a Finance Assistant for our client in Western Uusimaa. The Finance Assistant’s duties include processing sales and purchase invoices, partial bookkeeping, compiling payroll material in Excel and other supporting accounting tasks. We appreciate good IT skills and an organised approach. The ability to anticipate situations and take initiative are also valued qualities in an assistant. The person may be at the beginning of their career, with suitable education for the field, the right attitude and a desire to develop professionally in finance. The employment is intended to be long-term, but may begin as a fixed-term staffing assignment. We expect applicants to have: - Suitable education for the field, for example a vocational qualification in business and administration specialising in accounting, and/or experience in similar work - The ability to learn systems fluently; several applications are in use and you will be shown how to use them - Fluent Finnish - An energetic and enthusiastic attitude to learning new things and good teamwork skills The employment can start as soon as a suitable person is found and is intended to be long-term.
