The role leads a city and mobility unit’s corridor and urban planning tasks, acting as the immediate supervisor to the planning staff and managing the team’s operations, performance, and skills development in line with Sweco’s strategic goals. You will guide resource and budget planning, sales and tender processes, and build and strengthen customer relationships while promoting cross-team collaboration. You will create the conditions for success by supporting team members in daily work, developing competence, and maintaining a positive working atmosphere. You will co-manage the project portfolio with project managers and ensure high-quality, profitable project delivery. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will participate in planning projects as a specialist or project manager according to your experience and interest. Your work includes client and tender activities and quality assurance across road, street, and municipal technology projects. You will collaborate closely with Sweco experts across disciplines and have access to a nationwide expert network. The role can be weighted toward areas of your expertise and interest.
