Support Pilotage and Accounting Specialist

Role overview: As a Specialist in Support Pilotage and Accounting, you will be the business and platform expert, the primary contact for our client base who chose Pennylane as their central software for accounting and finance. You are at the heart of the 360-degree customer experience, enabling clients and their accountants to harness Pennylane’s full power for growth. Responsibilities include being the central relay between clients' leaders, internal accountants, and accounting firms, interacting daily with users to understand issues, providing answers or solutions after investigation, and escalating to technical teams when needed. You will also assist corporate and firm accountants in integrating their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration. Three-month plan includes onboarding to Pennylane Academy, product training, stakeholder mapping, and handling basic accounting requests. Four to six months focus on autonomy, handling complex requests, updating client-facing help materials, sharing knowledge, and feeding product teams with feedback. Long-term growth includes becoming a product expert and driving efficiency and progress on projects. Qualifications: accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable), at least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, direct work with executives is a plus, comfort with innovative tools and technologies, autonomy, English proficiency, strong writing ability and pedagogy, ability to understand client needs and provide excellent service, and adaptability to product evolution.
