Restaurant Floor Shift Leader

Vaiha Oy is a family-owned restaurant company based in Mikkeli, operating since 2017. Vaiha restaurants include Vaiha Asema at the Mikkeli railway station, restaurant Pormestari in the courtyard of the Mikkeli city hall, and Vaiha Elias in Kaukola. Since summer 2024, the terrace restaurant Pikku Pormestari has operated in the Mikkeli city center courtyard. In August-September, we are opening a new lunch and à la carte restaurant, Vaiha Pitäjä, in Mikkeli's Rantakylä. Our services include lunch, à la carte dining, banquet services, and meeting services. We are now looking for a restaurant floor shift leader to ensure that service runs smoothly and our customers feel welcome. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of the floor, support your team, and ensure that even the busiest lunch hours proceed smoothly and cheerfully, and that festive events are handled with elegant professionalism. The employment is permanent and full-time, 112.5h/3 weeks.
